Lasagna that can be thrown together quickly and is perfect for dividing in 2 and freezing one for later.
2 lbs Ground Beef
1/2 diced Onion
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 package Lasagna Noodles
1 jar Ragu Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
1lb Mozzarella Cheese
1lb Cheddar Cheese
16 oz Ricotta Cheese
Saute the onion and beef until the beef is cooked through.
Cook the noodles to package directions.
Remove most of the fat from the beef and put a couple tablespoons in the bottom of the lasagna/casserole dish.
Layer noodles, 1/2 meat, cheddar & mozzarella cheese, 1 thick of ricotta.
Then another layer noodles and meat.
Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes to heat through.
If frozen, thaw and heat through for 30 minutes.
Let stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.
