After searching long and hard for quick and easy Hot Fudge sauce and coming up empty handed, I finally did my own thing. I combined a few recipes and came up with this great recipe that you can make in literally 10 minutes and keep warm in a crock pot.
Perfect for a Sundae Bar like our family had a couple weeks ago. 2 Cans Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk) 1 10oz bag Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Bittersweet Chips 1/4 C White Karo Syrup 1/4 C Butter In a smaller crock pot on high, melt the chips and the milk together. Add syrup and butter. Stir until combined. Turn crockpot to warm and hold until serving. Refrigerate any left overs (ya, right) for 1 week.
